In late April, the Department of Education will implement key system updates to support changes to federal student aid programs enacted under the One Big Beautiful Bill Act (OBBBA). This update will result in a temporary pause in our ability to process 2026-27 federal aid applications. If you submit or modify your 2026-27 FAFSA after April 21, 2026, please expect a delay of several weeks before your data or updates will be reflected in CalCentral. You will receive an email once our office processes your application and finalizes your awards.

Who Gets Aid?
